Meet Keith Fuicelli

Keith Fuicelli partnered with John Lee to establish Fuicelli & Lee, P.C. with the sole purpose of providing exceptional results to the firm's clients. The firm was created after Keith experienced first-hand the lack of personal attention large firms too often provide their clients. Unfortunately, this lack of attention usually leads to mediocre results. With the experience that comes with hundreds of trials conducted, and more than 20 years of combined legal experience, the law firm of Fuicelli & Lee, PC was born.

Experience Matters

Before forming Fuicelli & Lee, P.C., Keith worked as an attorney with a large personal injury firm and one of the largest insurance defense firms in Colorado. Prior to that, he worked as a District Attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado assigned to the prestigious Crimes Against Children Unit. Mr. Fuicelli has litigated a wide range of criminal and civil matters. He has conducted more than seventy five trials, argued before the Court of Appeals, and conducted numerous evidentiary hearings. This extensive trial experience is a true asset.

Education

Mr. Fuicelli received his law degree from the University of Colorado. While there, he won the Rothgerber Appellate Moot Court Competition and Carrigan Cup Mock Trial Competition. Keith was also a member of the trial moot court team that advanced to the National Trial Competition. He earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado in 1995.
